The Project consists of the following major elements: providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the construction, installation, and emergency repair of miscellaneous water mains, and other required improvements to the water transmission and distribution system within Fulton County. The work also includes providing an emergency water main repair crew on an as needed basis. All work shall be in conformance with the contract documents, drawings and Fulton County Standards and Specifications. The successful Bidder for this Contract will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid, and proof of insurance in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 5 of this Bid Document.
