Question Acceptance Deadline Jan 23, 2023 02:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online Provide 1" copper line from Booster pump discharge to new 7 drinking fountains (Drinking fountains are being purchased by BGIS. Provide Back Flow Preventer (BFP) on booster pump discharge Provide Expansion tank on booster pump (system will now be a closed loop) Install Drinking fountain vertically aligned on each floor on the north west wing. Most area currently has electrical outlet available in this location, however, any electrical work will be carried by the winning bidder. Provide and install drain piping Connect drain piping to existing plumbing in the basement Connect vent to existing plumbing on the top floor - 8th floor penthouse room 800 All piping is to be drilled through the slab and vertically aligned Concrete scan of slab is required first before drilling All piping to be exposed Water shut off valve to be installed at each water fountain unit. Exposed piping should be properly labeled, and colour coded Water piping to have 1/2 insulation and PVC finish All daytime work other than drilling and water shutdowns Where required, proper abatement and removal of designated substances may be needed as directed by the Environmental Consultant assessment.
