Renovation of an educational facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Complete refurbish of classroom 212 & 218 located in MRT building - PREQUALIFIED firms only. The Project includes, but is not limited to, the following scope of Work, as defined in the Standard Construction Document, CCDC 2 - 2008, Stipulated Price Contract: .1 Asbestos removal; .2 Removal of service rooms for room 218; .3 Extension of AV room 220; .4 Renovation of rooms 212, 218 & 220; .5 and any other work required to complete this Project. 5,200 sq ft renovation at the University of Ottawa. This tender will include: Selective demolition, abatement, millwork, glazings, Gypsum, steel studs framing, acoustical ceiling tile and wall panel, resilient & sheet flooring, Synthetic carpeting, coat hooks, window blinds, Electrical, HVAC & controls. This Request for Tender is issued pursuant to a Stage 2 RFT Process under the Vendor of Record Arrangement to obtain RFT Bids from VOR Contractors as defined in Section 1.1 - Definitions of the Request for Supplier Qualification: General Contractors - Category B: Mid-Size or Category C: Major Interior Renovations RFSQ No.: 2021-40421-RFSQ issued by the University on October 22, 2021 (RFSQ). Category C: Major - $500K to $2M
