Renovation of a library in Bradford, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Bradford Public Library Renovation The work on this Project shall be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by the Architect, Farnsworth Group, 100 Walnut Street, Peoria Illinois 61602. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents and all applicable Federal, State and Local rules and regulations. Limited renovation of a 100 year-old library to include the installation of a vertical platform lift and re-work of a single-user restroom to meet accessibility requirements. Site work is limited to a concrete ramp to provide accessibility at the front entrance. All technical questions during the bidding period should be referred to Tara Cox at tarac@osheabuilders.com.
