The successful proposer will provide design services for the completion of a fire station and central headquarters that will replace the existing Fire Station #1 for Central Emergency Services (CES). The new station will also serve as a training and administration facility for CES operations. The location will be at the existing OEM facility campus and on recently acquired adjacent properties located at 253 Wilson Lane, Soldotna, AK. A map of the location and properties is included in this RFP. The successful proposer will work with the KPB and CES stakeholders to design a facility that ensures constructability and cost efficiency, while taking into consideration esthetics and compatibility with the neighboring properties and public right of ways. The successful consultant will provide all services necessary to develop construction bid documents, assist in bidding the project, and construction administration services. All work must be in compliance with local, state, and federal authorities having jurisdiction. Q&A DEADLINE: January 31, 2023 by 05:00 PM.
