The project consists of the following: Unclassified Excavation 790 Cubic Yards Classified Fill & Backfill 2210 Tons Leveling Course 415 Tons PCC Curb & Gutter 864 Linear Feet AC Pavement 450 Tons F&I Pipe (15", Type S, CPEP) 181 Linear Feet Construct Catch Basin 1 Each This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. It is not required to be on the planholders list to bid on City of Soldotna projects. To receive project addendums, you must be on the planholders list. To be placed on the planholders list, please contact Breauna Blanning either by phone (907-714-1241) or email publicworks@soldotna.org. Downloading projects from the City web site does not automatically put you on the planholders list Bidders shall notify the Public Works Director promptly of any error, omission, or inconsistency that may be discovered during examination of the Bid Documents and the proposed work site. Requests from Bidders for interpretation or clarification of the Bid Documents shall be made in writing to the Public Works Director and shall arrive no later than 4:00 P.M on February 21, 2023.
