A firm construction timeline has not yet been estbalished. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The New Albany Joint Parks District (Owner) is seeking Requests for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) for the purpose of engaging a firm to perform professional services as their Owner's Representative to support the development, design, construction, and occupancy of a new fieldhouse facility of about 189,600 gross square feet, to be located at Bevelhymer Park, New Albany, Ohio. Qualified firms must demonstrate recent successful experience as Owner Representatives involved in managing and delivering other significant new public facilities of comparable complexity. The Owner's Representative is intended to be engaged with the Owner throughout the entire project development process, including development/ planning, design, construction, and occupancy.
