Renovation of a swimming pool in Ridgefield, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
SBE/MBE and Contract Compliance Requirements: This project is not subject to the State of Connecticut SBE/MBE set aside and contract compliance requirements. Time of Completion: All work must be completed within 90 days from receipt of the notice to proceed. Bonds: A Performance bond is the full amount of the Proposal will be required of the successful bidder. The bond must be in the form of a surety bond of a type satisfactory to the Town of Ridgefield. All sureties must be listed on the most recent IRS Circular 570. The bond shall be delivered to the Office of the Facilities Director before commencing the work. A Bid Bond is not required. Project Locations: The project is located at 115 Barlow Mountain Road, Ridgefield, CT 06877, in the Pool Building. All site visits shall be approved by the Town of Ridgefield prior to entry to the pool building.
