Work of this Contract comprises of removal, hauling and offloading biosolids from three (3) of the City's wastewater lagoon cells to the City's landfill and replacing protective sand layer, located approximately 650 m east of Highway 9 along Township Road 262 (Landfill Road); and further identified as 2023 Lagoon Biosolids Removal. The purpose of this Quotation ("RFQ") process is to select a contractor(s) to enter into an agreement with the City to perform the Project.
