This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Metis Nation-Saskatchewan("MN-S") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the supply of three (3) Ma Faamii Service Centres. The Metis Nation of Saskatchewan (MN-S) currently requires the construction and related site work of three (3) Ma Faamii Service Centres in the following communities: Yorkton, Cumberland House, and La Ronge. The intent of this Bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to supply three (3) Ma Faamii buildings located as listed above, for a Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract (CCDC 14), in accordance with Contract Documents in one submission. These three (3) projects are to be provided through modular building practices with allowance for some site-built cultural components. Each building will utilize the same drawings and specifications with minor variations in on-site planning. The buildings are to contain approximately 5,185 sq. ft. of building area on one level at grade.
