Renovation of an office development in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
RM of Wallace requires tenders to renovate the old office building located at 26 5th Ave, Yorkton. Construction to start as early as September 1, 2022. Requirements are as follows: * North & south sides of building to be strapped out and tinned * South side to have old beam removed and wall parged * Front of building to be modernized (including rock facia up to underside of window, bricks painted ,etc) * 6 basement windows to be closed off and sealed * 3 windows on north side to be upgraded to 84" x 48 " * replace 3 windows on west side * re-drywall and paint interior; install Illusion T-bar * bathroom upgrade to include handicap features & fixtures * frame in walls as per plan, insulate for sound, new doors * new flooring installation * handicap wall lift at front entry * glass panes to be installed on east wall of board room * fire proof staircase to basement & install fire door * seal & redrywall ceiling in furnace room * install new light fixtures and upgrade basement lights to switches * plumbing & heating to be upgraded as required To have your tender considered, contractors must be able to provide: * proof of liability insurance at a minimum of $2,000,000 * proof of WCB good standing * proof of CRA good standing * list of subcontractors (if any)
