Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The intent of this Bid call is to obtain an offer to perform Work on a stipulated price basis in accordance with the contract documents to supply modify and construct the second floor access of the mechanical area at the Gallagher Center Water Park, decommission, remove and dispose of the obsolete dehumidification equipment and supply and install new dehumidification equipment as specified in the mechanical drawings. It is anticipated that the lead time for the Mechanical Equipment may be substantial, therefore there is a targeted shut down date of Mid-August to Mid-September of 2023 (TBD) for the Mechanical Installation work to be performed. This project may be treated as two phase project whereas the Structural access portion of the project is started in the 2022 year.
