SaskEnergy Incorporated, headquartered in Regina, Saskatchewan, is Saskatchewan's natural gas distribution company, a provincial Crown corporation. SaskEnergy delivers the benefits of safe, convenient, and environmentally friendly natural gas to more than 373,000 residential, farm, commercial and industrial customers throughout Saskatchewan. TransGas Limited, a subsidiary of SaskEnergy, headquartered in Regina, Saskatchewan and its natural gas transmission system covers almost two thirds of the province with a network of more than 14,000 kilometres of high-pressure natural gas pipelines. Scope of Work: This project includes earthworks for an expanded site pad at the York Lake TBS Site. Rough and final grading for the expanded pad as well as the existing site pad. The existing access road will also be widened. The York Lake TBS Site located NE 08-26-04-W2M near Yorkton, SK. The estimated volumes for the site include 750 m3 of Top soil excavation, 500-1000 m3 of Common Native Fill or Granular Sub-base, 2500 m2 of Geotextile 625 m3 of Granular Base and 190-250 m3 of Crushed Rock. The estimated start date for this project is August 8, 2022. Mandatory Requirements: Successful proponent (company that is awarded a contract) must have previous experience as the Prime Contractor self-performing civil earthworks as a core service. Successful proponent (company that is awarded a contract) must self perform the work. Must be COR/SECOR certified - provide valid certificate. Proponent must provide previous experience in the last three years completing civil earthwork project(s) similar to this project scope. Proponents to complete project summary form (see attached) for each project referenced that you were the Prime Contractor self performing the work. You must provide a minimum of THREE projects of similar size and scope of work. If the project summary form is not filled out in full (all applicable cells), you may not be considered.
