Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Iowa City, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Scope of Work at these facilities includes concrete repairs such as spalling, cracks, painting steel girders & pedestrian bridge metal floor deck, expansion joint repairs, sealant replacement, waterproofing membrane installation (full system & overlay), cable barriers, flushing of drains, handrail repairs, stair pan repairs, pavement markings, Post-Tension grout pocket repairs, penetrating sealer application, and other miscellaneous work items. Targeted Small Business (TSB): The certified Iowa TSB participation goal for this project is 10 percent (10%) of the Base Bid. This establishes the amount that should be reported on the Final Payment Reporting Form as part of the TSB Program. Project Location: Work shall be performed under this Contract on the campus of the University of Iowa at: Hospital Parking Ramp No. 1, 200 Hawkins Dr, Iowa City, IA 52242; Hospital Parking Ramp No. 2, 200 Hawkins Dr, Iowa City, IA 52242; Hospital Parking Ramp No. 4 West, 39 For The Kids Way, Iowa City, IA 52242; and North Campus Parking Ramp, 340 N Madison St, Iowa City, IA 52245.
