Description

Renovation of a stadium in Orangeburg, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

The final date for substitution requests and contractor questions is January 27, 2023 at 5:00pm. Replace the eight (8) air handling units serving the Smith Hammond Middleton Memorial Center. Including the replacement of valves, accessories, controls and new rooftop access. Construction Cost Range: $800,000 to $900,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. BID SECURITY IS REQUIRED IN AN AMOUNT NOT LESS THAN 5% OF THE BASE BID. PERFORMANCE AND LABOR & MATERIAL PAYMENT BONDS: The successful Contactor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. Completion Date: 224 Calendar Days
