Site work for a residential development in York, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.
York Housing Authority invites you to bid on the following project: Site Improvements to the Central Maintenance Facility The project is subject to Davis Bacon Wage Rates. Pennsylvania payroll submittals are required. York Housing Authority reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the bid and to reject any and all bids. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of the proposal without the consent of the York Housing Authority. Bid security in the amount of 10 percent (10%) of the maximum bid amount must accompany each bid in the form of a Bid Bond by acceptable surety or certified check made payable to York Housing Authority. Project commencement Date shall be March 15, 2023. Project Completion Date shall be July 7, 2023. Bidders should refer to federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247.
