Renovation of a medical facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Description: .1 Work of this Contract comprises of disconnection and removal of the existing chiller #3. .2 Under a separate contract, a new chiller has been placed in the mechanical room and other equipment such as new pumps and cooling towers have been procured. .3 Under this contract the above mentioned equipment is to be installed according to the information provided for tender. .4 Work will also comprise of the installation of new controls for the chiller plant along with controls for existing air handlers in the hospital. .5 Air dampers and chilled water control valves will be replaced on the above noted air handlers. .6 Plan work schedule to take place between November 1, 2025 to April 15, 2026. This is to ensure the chilled water plant is operational at the capacities required after April 15, 2026. Each Bid Submission must include security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total Base Bid Price.
