Renovation of a museum in Washington, District of Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
The Smithsonian reserves the right to request all estimates from subcontractors, suppliers and the prime contractor supported by back up documents showing man-hours, wage rates, material quantities, and material unit costs. The proposal must be in compliance with the DavisBacon Wage Act and the firms IDIQ contract. A walk through of the project will be scheduled. Morris King will be the point of contact for this project. This is a competitive effort; award will be based on the lowest total proposal. Award of this project is contingent upon funding and is at the discretion of the Contracting Office If you have any questions, please feel free to call Derek C. Ross SCOPE OF WORK: Includes low voltage construction, installation, maintenance and removal of teledata facilities (voice, data and video) including outside plant, telephone and data inside wire, interconnect, terminal equipment, central offices, PABX, fiber optic cable and equipment, railroad communications, micro waves, VSAT, bypass, CATV, WAN (Wide area networks), LAN (Local area networks) and ISDN (Integrated systems digital network)
