Bids must be submitted separately for each project. The bidder shall submit with their bid(s) form HUD-5369A (Instructions to Bidders) and any other HUD required documentation. Submit two (2) copies of all documents. A certified check payable to the Housing Authority of the City of Poteet, U.S. Government bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five (5%) percent of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Treasury listed performance and payment bonds will be required. Attention is called to provisions for Section 3 Equal Employment Opportunity and payment of no less than minimum salaries and wages set forth in Davis-Bacon wage requirements for these projects. The Housing Authority of the City of Poteet reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
