For E-Rate Eligible Managed Internet and Wide Area Network Services The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (Metro) more specifically the Nashville Public Library (Library) is soliciting proposals for a single offeror to provide E-Rate Eligible Managed Internet Service and Wide Area Network (WAN) Services. Awarded offeror should be able to perform entire scope of services as outlined in the solicitation Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Percentage Goal: 6 % Validity of Offers All offers shall be valid for a period of one-hundred and fifty (150) days from the closing date of the solicitation unless another timeframe is agreed to by all parties. Submission of an offer does not afford rights to the offeror nor obligate Metro in any manner. All inquiries must be submitted by Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at 4:00pm Central Time electronically. Questions will be answered formally via Amendment to the solicitation soon after the deadline for submitting questions. Offerors must clearly understand that the only official answer or position of Metro will be the one stated in writing by Division of Procurement staff. Any such waiver shall not modify any remaining solicitation requirements or excuse the offeror from full compliance with the solicitation specifications and other contract requirements if the offeror is awarded a contract. Rejection of Offers Metro reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any offers submitted. The failure of an offeror to promptly supply information in connection with, or with respect to, reasonable requests may be grounds for a determination of non-responsibility.
