The City of Leander, herein after City, seeks an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm, or Corporation, herein Respondent, to provide Engineering Services for the City of Leander to design and engineer water ground storage tanks and a related booster pump station. The City is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering firms with experience and expertise to provide engineering and design services, which may include any or all of the following categories of service: 1.1. Planning and Preliminary Engineering Development and Report; 1.2. Hydraulic and Hydrologic Analysis and Report; 1.3. Water Distribution System Analysis 1.4. Storm water and Drainage Development and Design; 1.5. Site and/or Landscape Development and Design, including Conceptual Layouts; 1.6. Schematic Engineering and Design; 1.7. Detailed Engineering and Design Development; 1.8. Construction Documents; 1.9. Bid Administration; 1.10. Construction Administration Services; and 1.11 Final Survey and Closeout Documentation
