The BWL reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, waive irregularities or technicalities in any Proposal, and accept any Proposal in whole or in part, which in the opinion of the BWL, is in its best interest. The BWL does not limit the methods or factors to be used for evaluation. The Lansing Board of Water & Light (BWL) is soliciting proposals for a joint chemical contract. This contract is for one year, July 01, 2023 to June 30, 2024. The entities participating in this contract are listed in the Terms and Conditions. All chemicals must conform to National Science Foundation (NSF) and American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards for use in potable drinking water and meet all specifications listed in bid documents.
