The Madison County Commission reserves the right to award this bid on an all-or-none or item by item basis, to refuse all bids, and to waive technicalities. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. Madison County will award a contract for the installation of 15 fire hydrants in the Madison County Water Department Service Area. The Contractor shall: - Tap the water main; - Install new Fire Hydrant assemblies; - Back fill the excavation; - Test each Fire Hydrant and verify it is functional; -Repair driveways, roads and culverts to original condition or better; - Landscape yards and right-of way to original condition or better; - Remove temporary devices from the site;
