Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a 13,500-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.
Winnebago County is requesting sealed bids to provide all labor, equipment and materials to complete improvements at the Grundman Boat Landing. Work includes expansion of an existing boat launch, additional docks, reconstruction/expansion to a 135,000 SF asphalt parking lot, a new pre-fabricated bathroom facility with a well and sanitary holding tank, open-air shelter, floating kayak launch, site lighting and electrical, stormwater management features, storm sewer, sidewalk, site grading and landscaping.
