Renovation of a mixed-use development in Woodstock, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Windsor Central Unified Union School District (WCUUSD) seek proposals from qualified firms to submit bids for the Woodstock Union HS steam plant conversion. Project includes converting existing boilers from steam to a hot water system. Convert the existing steam heating system to hot water. Provide new hot water piping, unit ventilators, cabinet unit heaters, convectors, heating pumps and DDC systems. Replace steam coils in existing AHUs and ERVs with new hot water heating coils. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. Desired Final Completion Date: August 26, 2023 for all work in Classrooms. September 30, 2023 for work in the Mechanical Room.
