Renovation of a parking garage in Town of Rockingham, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
1. Provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment to clean, prepare all surfaces and then apply waterproofing for 210 linear feet of roof gutter at the Moover located at 706 Rockingham Road in Bellows Falls, VT. 2. Work may be done subject to waterproofing product's weather and temperature tolerances. The Moover requests work to be completed no later than June 30, 2023. Reservation of Rights SEVT reserves the right to waive any defects in the offer of any proposer, to reject any or all offers, and to request additional information from any and all proposers. Bids must set forth full, accurate, and complete information as required by the IFB (including attachments). The winning bid is what is in the best interest of SEVT in terms of completion date, products used, and price. Award Criteria: The project will be awarded based on the best value for SEVT including quality of the product and price.
