Renovation of a stadium in Fort Erie, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The Town of Fort Erie is requesting the tender the replacement of the two (2) receivers and associated ammonia piping in the refrigeration plant of the Leisureplex arena as outlined on the attached drawings and specifications. The work must be performed under the direct supervision of a refrigeration contractor and staff qualified to perform the repairs under CSA B52:18. The work is to include: the removal and disposal of the existing 2 plant receivers and all identified piping and valves, the supply and installation of 2 new plant receivers, piping, valves and insulation as identified herein and the start-up (recommissioning) of the plant upon completion of the repairs. The contractor will be responsible to ensure all refrigerants are recharged to the pre-start levels should any refrigerant loss occur during construction. All work must be performed between June 5, 2023 and June 30, 2023. The plant start up must occur by June 30, 2023. The deadline for questions regarding the information contained within this document are due by Monday January 23th, 2023 BY 2:00 PM. The estimated tender price of the project is as follows (excluding H.S.T.). Estimated Tender Price: $50,000 - $75,000.00
