Project includes 2023 Pavement Marking - Truck Painting. This contract consists of the painting of centrelines, lane lines and edge lines on various roads throughout the Town of Fort Erie. This is a one (1) year contract with the possibility to extend the contract for one (1) additional year. In accordance with the Town of Fort Eries Safe Work Standard for Contractor Safety, bids will only be accepted from Contractors that have pre-qualified by the date and time that this tender was issued. All tenders must be accompanied by a Digital Bid Bond in the amount of $4,500.00 payable to The Corporation if the Town of Fort Erie. All communications in relation to this tender must be submitted via the Bidding System by Friday, March 10, 2023. The Town of Fort Erie will not respond to questions submitted in any other manner. The Corporation of the Town of Fort Erie reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and the lowest or any submission will not necessarily be accepted.
