For On-Call Transportation Planning Services The PCTC is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide on-call transportation planning services consisting primarily of the preparation of various grant applications for transportation projects including but not limited to the Active Transportation Program. The term of the contract for the services described above shall be 3 years. The term of the contract shall be for three (3) years from the date of contract execution or a maximum of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand and No Cents ($150,000). Responses to the RFQ shall be titled, "On-Call Transportation Planning Services for the Plumas County Transportation Commission." The Plumas County Transportation Commission reserves the right to cease all consultant selection activities without notice. The PCTC reserves the right to issue one or more addenda to this RFQ if the Commission deems it necessary to revise or clarify this original RFQ. Final Date for Inquiries for Written Clarification of Request for RFQs Monday, January 30, 2023, at 4:00 PM Contract Negotiation Between Commission staff and top ranked submittal Monday, February 27, 2023, thru Friday, March 3, 2023 Draft Agreement between Consultant and Commission is acceptable to the Executive Director of PCTC Friday, March 10, 2023 PCTC approves award of Final Agreement Monday, March 20, 2023 The Commission reserves the right to reject any Submittals. The proposal should be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the consultant's name and address. The phrase, "On-Call Transportation Planning Services" should be marked on the sealed envelope. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
