The objective of this project is to connect fourteen (14) irrigation valves in Sunridge Park, that are currently operated manually, to an irrigation controller. This will be completed by hiring a qualified contractor to perform all work required to install direct-buried conventional irrigation control wire. The successful bidder will provide design-build services including the supply of all materials, equipment, products, labour and transportation required to connect fourteen (14) existing valves to an existing controller in Sunridge Park with direct-buried conventional control wires. Work will include, but is not limited to: Project management "Prime Contractor" role and duties Mobilization and demobilization Attendance and participation in construction and safety meetings Coordination of activities & subcontractors (if applicable) Schedule management and delay mitigation Quality control testing and reporting Traffic, pedestrian and park user accommodation Safeguarding of the work areas, including fencing of any open excavations Conventional irrigation valve control wire installation (direct bury) including common wire and connections Asphalt pathway sawcutting and patching as required 50mm conduit installation under pathways or other surface features as required Survey requirements Environmental requirements including ECO plan Landscape remediation of any areas that are disturbed as a result of construction activities Record information Documents can be obtained from https://lethbridge.bidsandtenders.ca/ Bid values are undisclosed.
