The service contract work will include the supply of labor, materials, products, equipment and services necessary for the provision of general contracting and construction services. The General Contracting service contractor(s) will also be required to act as Prime Contractor on work sites and employ sub-contractors and/or sub-consultants as required. Work assignments will be divided into 2 categories: 1. Approximate project value up to $400,000 (Category 1) - Rotational Assignment 2. Approximate project value greater than $400,000 up to a maximum of $2,000,000 Category Two - Competitive Invitational administered through online The purpose of this Request for Supplier Qualifications is to establish service contracts with three General Contractors.
