This Request for Pre-Qualification is issued by Lethbridge County for Contractors to indicate their interest and qualifications to be a Prime Contractor for the Rave Industrial Park Upgrade (Underground, Surface Works and Other Work) project scheduled for the spring/summer of 2023. Based on the Responses to the RFPQ, Lethbridge County intends to short-list Prime Contractors to participate in the Tender stage, which would be the Final step in the Competitive Selection Process. Scope of work will consist of, but not limited to: Traffic Accommodation Underground Utilities Sanitary Storm Water Access Improvements Road Widening Granular Base Course Asphalt Concrete Pavement Curb and Gutter Topsoil Placement and Seeding Quality Control Testing Documents can be obtained from www.purchasingconnection.ca.
