Renovation of an educational facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Description: The project is a Re-Roof of the existing JROTC Locker Rooms, Dance Studio and JROTC Classrooms at Putnam City West High School. Project consists of a complete tear off of the existing roofing system down to the existing metal deck and a new TPO roof with R-30 insulation including new sheet metal and wood blocking as required. Unit price to remove and replace any damaged roof decking. The existing RTU's, exhaust fans, gas piping, vent pipes, electrical conduit etc. will be disconnected and raised/adjusted to the new roof elevation.
