Renovation of a municipal facility in Uranium City, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Northern Municipal Services (NMS) Branch, Ministry of Government Relations on behalf of the Northern Settlement of Uranium City as part of the district, a legally incorporated municipality under The Northern Municipalities Act, 2010 in the Province of Saskatchewan, is seeking proposals for the Upgrade of the Municipal Maintenance Building within the settlement. The Northern Settlement of Uranium City is one of Saskatchewan's most northern communities, located on the northern shore of Lake Athabasca. Access to this community is by air, barge or winter road over land and ice. The scope of work will include (but not limited to) roof, walls, various structural repairs and insulation replacement.. all the electrical will need to become code compliant and lighting upgraded. Deadline for Questions: Thursday January 25, 2023, 4:00 p.m. CST
