Description: Schedule A (In City Limits): Providing all materials and labor to construct approximately 3,915 linear feet of 12-inch PVC C900 water main, 189 linear feet of 12-inch insulated and jacketed DI water main, including attachment to a City owned bridge, backfill, and restoration, gate valves, connection to existing water main, 1 blowoff assembly, 1 combination air and vacuum relief assembly, temporary traffic control, temporary erosion control, and surface restoration as shown on the drawings. The City has purchased and procured 3,915 linear feet of 12-inch PVC C900 for this schedule of work. Schedule B (In Cowlitz County): Providing all materials and labor to construct approximately 2,483 linear feet of 12-inch PVC C900 water main, backfill, and restoration, gate valves, connection to existing water main, 1 blowoff assembly, 3 combination air and vacuum relief valve assemblies, temporary traffic control, temporary erosion control, and surface restoration as shown on the drawings.
