Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project involves repairing and resurfacing 59 city streets and constructing 197 ADA curb ramps along those streets. The work consists of milling the existing pavement, overlaying with new asphalt concrete, minor curb replacement, and replacing identified curb and sidewalk areas associated with installing ADA curb ramps. The resurfacing work includes areas of full depth pavement repair. The project also includes street curb extensions for pedestrian enhancements, traffic calming, streets with only curb replacement, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, as set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). Responses will be posted on online as an addendum. A pre-bid meeting will not be held. City of Columbus MBE/WBE Program: This project is subject to the requirements of the Citys MBE/WBE Program. The MBE/WBE goal assigned to this project is 8.0%. In order to avoid conflicts between paving operations, ramp construction and school bus traffic, paving operations and ramp construction for streets that include school zones shall have schedule and construction priority in the project. Paving operations for all streets covered under this note shall be completed after June 1, 2023 or prior to August 20, 2023.
