The Work will consist of: Change of use - The purpose of the project is to increase the capacity of the existing infusion center by repurposing a previous (not in use) ambulatory surgery unit, to accommodate growth in the volume of scheduled procedures per week. The new tenant improvements require minor demolition of existing conditions due to new floor plan layout for infusion center department. Scope of work includes but is not limited to modification to new interior walls, door/frames, ceiling and finishes, compliance with current life safety codes and modification to building systems (HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing and associated systems) will be needed due to new floor plan layout.
