Roof Restore/Repairs/Replacement at Bell Gardens High School This project is sublect to the enforcement of the DLSE PWR Monitoring/Enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), Division of Labor Standards Enforcement Pursuant to Labor Code 1771. Required Licenses: A, B or C39. Please be advised that this and all public works projects are subject to SB 854 DIR Contractor Registration DLSE Prevailing Wage Rate Enforcement & Monitoring. As of March 1, 2015, bids cannot be accepted nor any contract or subcontract entered into without proof that the contractor and all subcontractors are registered, Scope- The scope of work outlined in these documents is a summary of the work to be performed and executed by the contractor. For complete details of the scope of work refer to all parts of the construction/bid documents including the following, plans, specifications and all codes and standards referred to in the bid documents and governed by local standards. In short, the work will comprise, but is not limited to: Replace/Restore/Repair the roofs, rooftop first responders labeling, and rain gutter/down spouts replacement per Tremco's specs and remove and replace all fascia board at Bell Gardens High School. The terms of this Hazardous Material provision shall survive the completion of the work and/or any termination of this contract. If the environmental spec or survey for a building or area is not provided, the building or area is to be assume positive of hazardous materials. Critical containment to be installed inside classrooms/offices or buildings if the roof is being replaced or repaired. Abatement work to be done on non-school days, weekends or after school hours. All new fascia board to be premium KD Hem-Fir, primed and two coats of finish paint using Dunn Edwards product or equal to. Start of Construction: June 10, 2024 (Monday) A total of 56 consecutive calendar days of contract period
