**As of October 16, 2020, the construction start date and completion date are not yet determined at this time. Contract Time: 40 Working Days Engineers Estimate: $650,000. The project consists of replacing the existing 8-inch VCP sewer with a 10-inch VCP, pavement cold mill and ARHM overlay; and includes replacing sidewalk, cross gutters, ADA ramps, adjusting manhole frames and valves to grade, striping, and other incidental work. A 10% Bidders Bond is required with the Bid. The successful contractor will be required to provide: (1) Liability insurance naming the City of Bell as additional insured; (2) Proof of workmans compensation insurance coverage; (3) 100% Faithful Performance Bond; and (4) 100% Labor and Material Bond.
