Asbestos Removal at Holdrum Middle School The Board shall not receive any bids after the time designated in the advertisement. (N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21(b)). Bidders must submit bids on the bid form contained in the specifications. The Board may reject any bids submitted that do not use such forms. All bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. , Affirmative Action Against Discrimination and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check made payable to the River Vale Board of Education, for five percent of the amount of the total bid, not to exceed $50,000. Corporate bidders are required by law (Chapter 33, Laws of 1977) to submit a list of names and addresses of all stockholders owning ten percent or more of their stock. Bidders must also furnish a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Contractor Questionnaire/ Certification with their bids.
