Question Acceptance Deadline 02/14/2023 01:59 AM EST Questions are submitted online Yes The City of Aspen (City) is requesting proposals from consultants with demonstrated experience in the construction inspection of heavy civil and municipal water supply construction projects, particularly with respect to cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) projects and projects constructed in mountain communities. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit professional services for construction inspection of the Maroon Creek Penstock Lining project, as described herein. This RFP describes the project in general, the required scope of services, the selection process, and the minimum information required in a fully responsive proposal. The information contained in this RFP is the City's best understanding of the current needs and approach on how to address those needs, but the City is open to suggestions to the scope of work described herein based upon the Offeror's professional expertise. If the Offeror believes there is a better, or different, way to achieve the City's goals, then the Offeror should include that information in their proposal. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
