Killeen Independent School District ("Killeen ISD", the "District") wishes to contract with an E-Rate eligible vendor to provide category 2 products and services to the District in accordance with the technical specifications set forth in this Request for Proposal ("RFP"). All respondents must agree to participate in the Universal Services Fund Schools and Library Program ("E-Rate"). It is the intent of the District to file an E-Rate application for Funding Year 2023 and subsequent years under contract for the products/services included in this Request for Proposal. FCC Form 470 # 230012168 The District, through its duly authorized constituted officials, reserves the right to accept any offer in its entirety or in part, any offer deemed most advantageous to the Killeen Independent School District and to waive any formalities in bidding. All questions regarding this request for proposals must be submitted in writing through the Question feature in IonWave or emailed to kasey.modde@killeenisd.org by the time and date listed above. Answers will be posted publicly to the portal site as well as the Universal Service Administrative Co. (USAC) site. Contact between vendors and District personnel during the proposal process or evaluation process is prohibited. Any attempt by vendors during the proposal process to contact District personnel may result in disqualification. All communication shall go through the Purchasing Office during this process. All questions received and the corresponding answers will be distributed to all bidders via the electronic bid system. No verbal responses will be provided. The deadline for questions about this proposal is stated in the Event Details and the District will not respond to questions after this time and date.
