Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
The project consists of a complete HVAC upgrade and exterior improvements. The work includes, but not limited to demo of the existing boiler and radiator system, brick chimney removal, replace flat roofing, windows and siding, exterior painting, interior restroom finishes, HVAC equipment and ductwork, and electrical work. Prospective bidders must submit questions or clarifications in writing on this form allowing time for a written reply to reach all prospective bidders before the submission of the bids. Where changes in the project documents are required, an addendum will be issued to everyone on the plan holder's list and posted.
