The project consists of a complete HVAC upgrade and exterior improvements. The work includes, but not limited to demo of the existing boiler and radiator system, brick chimney removal, replace flat roofing, windows and siding, exterior painting, interior restroom finishes, HVAC equipment and ductwork, and electrical work. Prospective bidders must submit questions or clarifications in writing on this form allowing time for a written reply to reach all prospective bidders before the submission of the bids.
