Witte Road Phase 3 South - Southeast 254th PLlace Roundabout Improvements The Work shall be completed within 190 working days from the date of Notice to Proceed in which the City is prepared to issue as soon as March 6, 2023. The Work shall consist of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and other work or items incidental thereto for: The improvements will include widening Witte Road SE from SE 256th Street to 219th Pl SE with bike lanes on both sides and new sidewalk access along the west side and a new roundabout at the intersection of SE 254th Place. The work includes constructing a precast box culvert structure for the southfork Jenkins Creek, franchise utility relocation and construction, drainage construction, gravity block and soil nail wall construction, lighting, landscaping, and temporary traffic control during construction All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of such bid proposal, including sales tax.
