Construction On State Highway In Amador county at various locations from 0.3 mile west of Peddler Hill Road to kays Road District-County-Route-Post Mile: 1 0-Ama-88-54/R65.8 Contractor must have either a Class A license or an applicable Class C license. The Department establishes no DVBE Contract goal but encourages bidders to obtain DVBE participation. If your bid is over $388,000.00 it will be rejected per Public Contract Code 10105(b). Payment Bonds and Insurance will be required at time of Award if your Company is low bidder and awarded the contract. Project location : In Amador County on Route 88 at post mile R65.74 on Kays Road. After bid opening, the Department does not consider these questions as bid protests. Submit an RFI upon recognition of any event or question of fact arising under the Contract. The Engineer responds to the RFI within five (5) days. Proceed with the work unless otherwise ordered. The estimated cost of the project is $203,000.00.
