Renovation of a municipal facility in Rigaud, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The objective of the project is to proceed with the modernization of the F and G elevators, block F of the building located at 475 Chemin Grande-Ligne, in Rigaud. The project includes the related work required, such as asbestos removal work in the mechanical room area, fire protection, plumbing, electrical, ventilation, architecture, masonry, doors and frames, and cabin finish replacement. The majority of the work will affect elevator mechanics and will include, but are not limited to: Replacement of door equipment and signalling; Replacement of control panels and electrical wiring; Reconditioning of gear machines; Compliance with applicable codes and standards, such as, but not limited to, NBC 2015, CSA B44-10 and CSA B651-18. The protection of premises and routes, as well as the installation of temporary partitions at basement level will be part of the scope.
