Project estimated cost is $500,000. This project work includes, but is not limited to, the complete removal of ballast, membrane, insulation, flashing and roof edge to roof deck and the installation of a new fully adhered EPDM roof system with new tapered insulation, minimum R-30. Incidental work includes replacement of the hollow metal door and frame accessing the roof; raising the door sill height; replacement of the limited lightning protection system on the incinerator and boiler stacks. All product substitution requests for consideration must be submitted in writing to the Architect prior to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, January 20th, 2023.
