The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Bldg. 201 & Bldg. 4001 Exterior Repairs - CR located at Camp Roberts, Highway 101, San Miguel, California. Work to include exterior repair lead/asbestos abatement and encapsulation, wall repair due to water damage, thermal wall insulation, siding and trim, metal eves, replacement of exterior doors and hardware, windows, painting, concrete step, ramps and landings, hand/guard. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the job walk, attend the entire job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor license. The Government Estimate for this project is $700000.
