Period of Performance: 02/01/2023 to 04/30/2023 Between $25,000 and $100,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This project consists of repair of the existing Flaming Gorge Ranger District Office. The facility is located in Manila, Utah on property owned by the Ashley National Forest. The project includes selective demolition and repair of finishes, sheathing, insulation, equipment and electrical infrastructure damaged by water intrusion and mold. Emergency repairs and demolition have been done by others and a summary report concerning the mold and water damage remediation work is available for review. The building has had partial selective demolition already completed. Work includes but is not limited to; asbestos remediation, replacement of floor sheathing, gypsum board, roof and wall insulation, painting, carpet, resilient flooring, resilient base and trim, ceiling tile, rehanging existing cabinets, reinstalling plumbing fixtures, replacement of a propane fired water heater, piping, and duct cleaning. Optional bid items include, replacement of all carpeting, and replacement of the furnace, coil and condensing unit, and The contractor must visit the site to see the extent of repair required and to measure the missing sheathing, carpet, gypsum board, and insulation for the bid.
